FORWA 876 Thread Seal Tape is a high-density safety model in the FORWA PTFE tape series designed for gas pipeline sealing needs. It is made from 100% premium pure Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) raw material, with an apparent density of 0.8 g/cm³ and sealing performance improved by 50% compared with traditional thread seal tape. The product features corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, and excellent sealing performance. It rejects inferior recycled PTFE raw materials and does not burn under open flame. It is specially designed for gas pipelines and various high-safety-level threaded sealing scenarios.
As a drafting unit of China's national PTFE thread seal tape standard (GB/T 4008-2022), FORWA produces according to requirements higher than industry standards.
