QUALITY SYSTEM

Quality System

From raw materials to finished products, every meter of thread seal tape has standards to follow, data to check, and batches to trace.

Quality Policy

Standards as the criterion, data as the basis, customers as the focus.

The company has established and operates a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001 requirements, moving quality control forward to the raw material end, refining it into every process, and quantifying it into every factory inspection indicator. We do not rely on “passing sampling inspection means release”; instead, we use stable process capability to ensure consistent results.

  • Nonconforming raw materials are not warehoused; nonconforming semi-finished products are not transferred
  • Key process parameters are controlled and archived, and can be traced backward
  • Each finished batch is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA)
  • Customer complaints are responded to within 24 hours, with a 100% closed-loop handling rate

Full-Process Quality Control

Four checkpoints and level-by-level interception, so quality problems are solved within the process, not exposed at the customer.

01 Raw Material Control

Only pure PTFE dispersion resin is used, without recycled materials or fillers. Each incoming batch is checked against its COA, and density, tensile strength, volatile content, and whiteness are re-inspected.

02 Process Control

Each process of extrusion, calendering, stretching, and slitting follows standard work instructions; first-article inspection + regular patrol inspection + final-piece confirmation, with key parameters monitored online and recorded.

03 Finished Product Testing

Thickness, width, length, density, tensile strength, elongation at break, withstand voltage, and sealing performance are tested batch by batch. Only qualified indicators allow warehousing.

04 Traceability and Retention Samples

Each batch is assigned a unique batch number, linked to raw material batches, equipment, teams, and inspection data; retention samples are kept for 24 months, and records for no less than 3 years.

Testing Capability

In a constant-temperature and constant-humidity testing environment, key performance indicators of thread seal tape are tested in-house, and when necessary, third-party institutions are commissioned for comparison and verification.

  • Thickness gauge · thickness uniformity
  • Electronic density balance · density (g/cm³)
  • Tensile testing machine · tensile strength / elongation at break
  • Withstand voltage tester · insulation performance
  • Sealing performance test · thread sealing effect
  • Aging test chamber · temperature and weather resistance evaluation
  • High and low temperature test · applicability from −200℃ to +260℃
  • Appearance and winding · end face, tension, length

Batch Traceability and Document Management

Tracing a roll of thread seal tape back to its raw material batch, production equipment, shift personnel, and inspection records is a routine action for handling customer complaints and technical inquiries.

  • Unique batch number coding rules, bidirectional query between production and inspection
  • Retention samples kept for 24 months, supporting retesting and comparison
  • Can provide COA, test reports, MSDS, and declarations of conformity
  • Quality data is regularly statistically analyzed to drive process improvement
