03 Sample Confirmation
Send physical samples to confirm hand feel, color, printing, and packaging details.
04 Contract Signing
Confirm order quantity, lead time, and payment method; production is scheduled after deposit payment.
05 Mass Production
Organize production according to confirmed samples, with in-process inspection at key stages and progress updates.
06 Quality Inspection and Shipment
Sampling inspection and photo confirmation before shipment; arrange logistics and customs documents as agreed.
MOQ, Samples, and Lead Time
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Conventional specifications start at 5,000 – 10,000 rolls per item, calculated by carton or container; custom products are subject to actual communication.
Samples
Samples of existing specifications can be provided free of charge, with the customer bearing freight; custom samples are completed in 3–7 working days.
Mass Production Lead Time
15–25 days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit; peak-season lead time is subject to mutual confirmation.
FOB / CIF / EXW and other trade terms are supported. We can cooperate with third-party inspections and designated freight forwarders. Payment methods are subject to the contract agreed by both parties.
