Comparison with Traditional Locking Methods

Item Traditional Method FORWA Threadlocker
Thread Clearance Gaps exist, prone to oxidation and rust Fills all gaps, seals and prevents rust
Locking / Vibration Resistance Poor locking, no vibration resistance, easy to loosen Tough adhesive layer engages threads, resists vibration and loosening
Locking Strength Uncontrollable, easily damages threads Controllable strength, easy disassembly without damaging threads

Locking Principle

💧

Dispensing and Filling

After dispensing, the threadlocker fully fills the micro-gaps between threads.

⚡

Anaerobic Polymerization

Triggers polymerization in the absence of air, curing into a tough adhesive layer.

🔒

Interlocking Locking

The tough adhesive layer tightly engages the threads, providing vibration resistance, impact resistance, anti-wear, and thread protection.

How to Use

  1. Clean the thread surfaces and wait until dry;
  2. Apply adhesive to the position where the screw needs to be fixed;
  3. Tighten the screw;
  4. Wipe off excess adhesive and wait for anaerobic curing.

Note: Threadlocker cures only in the absence of air, i.e., it cures once the nut and screw are fixed. Excess adhesive will affect curing speed or even prevent curing.
