(China, Zhaoqing, March 18, 2026) To thoroughly implement the safety production policy of “Safety First, Prevention First, Comprehensive Treatment,” further strengthen all employees’ safety awareness, and consolidate safety production responsibilities, Guangdong PTFE Products Factory Co., Ltd. (FORWA) recently organized a special meeting on safety production and simultaneously carried out a factory-wide safety inspection, using practical actions to build a solid safety foundation for the company’s high-quality development.

Special meeting: consolidate responsibilities, sound the alarm

The meeting was held in the company conference room, chaired by the Safety Production Committee, and attended by all department heads and workshop managers. At the meeting, the company’s safety director first reported typical safety production cases in the industry recently and, combined with the company’s actual production, deeply analyzed weak links and potential risks in current safety production work. The meeting emphasized that safety production is the lifeline of enterprise development and must not be relaxed at any time.

The core agenda of the meeting was signing the 2026 Annual Safety Production Responsibility Letter. The company’s general manager signed the responsibility letter one by one with each workshop head, decomposing safety production targets layer by layer and assigning them to posts and individuals. The responsibility letter clarified the specific responsibilities and assessment indicators of each workshop in safety production management, hidden danger investigation and governance, employee safety training, and other aspects, forming a responsibility system that is “horizontal to the edge and vertical to the bottom.”

Special inspection: leave no dead corners, investigate and rectify immediately

After the special meeting, the inspection team, led by company leaders and composed of the safety management department and workshop heads, immediately went deep into the production frontline and carried out a full-coverage, dragnet-style safety production inspection. The inspection team focused on careful examination of firefighting facilities, electrical circuits, mechanical equipment protection, hazardous chemical storage, and employee operating standards in each workshop.

During the inspection, the inspection team did not let go of any detail. For discovered hidden dangers, it recorded them on site, provided immediate feedback, and required responsible departments to rectify within a time limit and close the loop, ensuring hidden dangers were “cleared to zero.” At the same time, the inspection team randomly checked employees’ mastery of knowledge such as the use of firefighting equipment and emergency evacuation routes, and conducted on-site retraining and re-emphasis.

Safety first, steady progress

This special meeting on safety production and special inspection was not only a comprehensive review and test of the company’s safety management system but also a profound strengthening of all employees’ safety awareness. FORWA always regards safety production as the top priority of enterprise development. In the future, it will continue to improve the long-term safety management mechanism, regularly carry out hidden danger investigations and emergency drills, continuously improve intrinsic safety levels, create a safe and healthy working environment for employees, and escort the company’s “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” high-quality development.
