For the company's "Sealing Cord Project," Mr. Ji refined the division of work: patent certificates, procurement, production, and other links were assigned to specific responsible persons. From sorting ISO 9001 certification documents to preparing compliance documents for the procurement process and traceability materials for production, responsible persons and completion deadlines were clearly defined, requiring all links to be "closely connected and seamlessly integrated."

He emphasized that the factory audit is an important window to demonstrate the company's management strength and achievements in fulfilling social responsibility.
