FORWA PTFE Gasket
The ultimate sealing solution in extreme environments
FORWA · SINCE 1993
Product Introduction
Stop compromising on sealing performance. FORWA PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Gasket is designed to provide an indestructible barrier in the most demanding industrial applications. Whether you face corrosive chemicals, extreme temperatures, or high-purity requirements, FORWA PTFE Gasket provides the reliability your operations need.
The product uses 100% pure PTFE material, density 2.1–2.3 g/cm³, coefficient of friction as low as 0.05–0.1, with excellent self-lubricating performance. It operates stably within an extreme temperature range of -196°C to +260°C, is inert to almost all commonly used chemicals, non-toxic and odorless, and complies with food and pharmaceutical industry standards. It also has excellent compression resilience, good creep resistance, and low permeability, can adapt to slight deformation of flange surfaces, is not prone to permanent deformation under long-term compression, and has good barrier performance against gases and liquids.
