Chemical Pipeline Sealing

Industry pain point: chemical media are highly corrosive; ordinary sealing materials are easily corroded and fail; leakage at flanges and threaded connections can cause safety accidents and environmental pollution.

FORWA 862/877 Thread Seal Tape, FORWA PTFE Sheet, and PTFE gaskets are chemically inert and resistant to almost all common chemicals. They are suitable for temperatures from -200°C~+260°C, providing long-term anti-corrosion sealing for chemical pipelines, reactors, valves, and pump bodies.

Application Scenarios

Reactors and Storage Tanks

Sealing of container connections for strong acid and alkali media.

Pipelines and Valves

Acid/alkali transfer pipelines, valve and pump body connections.

Flange Sealing

PTFE gaskets for anti-corrosion sealing of flange faces.

Solution Advantages

Chemical Inertness

Resistant to strong acids, strong bases, and strong oxidizers.

Wide Temperature Range

Long-term stability from -200°C~+260°C.

Non-Stick and Easy to Clean

Prevents scaling and residue, reducing maintenance costs.
