Electronic and Electrical High-Frequency Insulation

Industry pain point: High-frequency circuits require insulating materials with low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss. Ordinary plastics show obvious signal attenuation and severe heating at high frequencies.

FORWA PTFE Sheet has a volume resistivity >10¹⁸Ω·cm, a dielectric constant of 2.1–2.2, and extremely low dielectric loss. It is suitable for high-frequency cable insulation, circuit board substrates, and high-temperature connectors and sockets.

Application Scenarios

High-Frequency Cables

RF and microwave cable insulation.

Circuit Board Substrates

High-frequency PCB substrates and dielectric layers.

Connectors and Sockets

High-temperature high-frequency connector insulation.

Solution Advantages

Low Dielectric Constant

ε≈2.1–2.2, stable at high frequencies.

High Resistivity

>10¹⁸Ω·cm, reliable insulation.

High-Temperature Resistant

-200℃~+260℃, melting point 327℃.
